agent first tries to set class with the expansion
ESC[0mESC[34m verbose: Class identifier 'agent_capability_${capabilities}' contains illegal characters - canonifying ESC[0mESC[34m verbose: C: + Global class: agent_capability___capabilities_
because bundle va is after the bundle common defining the classes
