Description

we do sldapindex -q at upgrade, which is super fast
however, it causes weird bugs with unfound values when searching

doing a normal slapindex fixes the issue (but is slower)
Metric: load system, with 4550 nodes and 1500 pending, 2,1GB LDAP directory, slapdindex takes 6.5 minutes
