Description

juin 04 13:38:33 server systemd[1]: Reloading Rudder Relay Daemon.
juin 04 13:38:33 server rudder[27489]: WARNING: Not running as root, this may cause problem
juin 04 13:38:33 server rudder[27489]: cat: /var/rudder/run/api-token: Permission denied

as the reload command is started as "rudder-relayd" user.
