Trying to add a group property with change request plugin enabled lead to blank property

Description

When the change request plugin is enabled and we try to add a group property, then first there is no redirection to change request validation screen which is suprising, but also when accepeted, we get a blank name/value:

This should never happen. I'm opening it here, because I'm not sure if the code dealing with that is in rudder or in the plugin.
