event logs searchs should look at both data and eventtype column
Description
It search only on the data field, and not on the human translated eventtype
So searching for "policy" in 6.0 returns events failed policy update, but not successfull and manual policy update, as they are stored as

It only has uuid, no human names about anything. So if you search for names, you wan't find them.
It should be specified in search description that you have to use uuids only. This bug will be for that. Letting people search on anything need a full re-arch of search (change on data model likely).

ok, looking at the code, it is probably not a regression from 6.0 (but from 5.0 which used to filter on real text)
it looks only at "data" field, which is empty in some
it'a a shame it doesn't look also at eventtype
