Hello,
With an external regular user account, i can create new issues, but when trying to add an attachment, it is failing with the "FORBIDDEN" error message (next to the upload button).
I tried with very very small files (3kb), with different extensions (png, txt.gz), but I get the same result.

Check that I can upload file and so that it's likely a right problem
