Previously we could use & instead of . in the conditions in the technique editor, it does not seem to still be the case.
This is an issue since it is hard to change every condition without breaking/forgetting anything. Also, whenever I modify an existing technique
using &, the technique editor refuses to save the technique until I change manually all & instances to .
