Description
When the user techniques category is customized (renamed), the technique editor fails to write the techniques under the correct category, and so, they do not appear under
the directive webpage.
As a workaround, they can be put under the correct category by drag and dropping them under the right column of the "active tree" webpage. They appear
without categories at the bottom of the right tree. moving them to another category fix the issue.
This was not necessary before upgrading to 5.0.17
