Description
Problem mentioned in several bugs and was solved(?) but it stays until now (e.g. found in #12207, #16240, #17319 and others).
I upgraded server from 5.0.15 to 6.1.1, this solved a few problems but this one stays all the time.
Comment in the picture, here once again:
- technique imported and saved successfully
- leaved technique-editor, later coming back
- added comment to technique, saved again
- leaved editor, coming back (no changes between): "should be updated" popup accours + checking technique-tree: others marked as outdated too (these were not changed!) containing the same popup-text
