Rudder

We have problems with technique resources in 6.1.2:

• The number of ressources always appears as 0, even is files are visible in the resource manager
• The resources deployed in the generated technique seem inconsistent (not all files are deployed)
• Removing a resource apparently disabled the technique itself -> this also existed in 6.1.1.

I also have the following error when trying to add a resource to an existing technique ("NTP configuration" on the lab):

Could not update ncf technique <- An error occured during technique update after files were created for ncf Technique NTP configuration <- Unexpected: Accumulated: Error when automatically activating technique 'NTP_configuration'; cause was: Consistancy: Can not add a technique with id 'NTP_configuration' in user library. active technique 'activeTechniqueId=d001c2f8-5167-44ad-b0e4-3316bd151327,techniqueCategoryId=ncf_techniques,techniqueCategoryId=Active Techniques,ou=Rudder,cn=rudder-configuration}' is already defined with such a reference technique.
