Description
Since #15896, date format has changed between 5.0 and 6.0.0 in api response.
We should modify the api in 6.0 so that it answers with the old format in versions up to 11, and starting from version 12 use the new format
EDIT: only two fieds are subjected to that change, both in node details API:
- lastRunDate
- lastInventoryDate

This bug has been fixed in Rudder 6.0.10, 6.1.6, 6.2.0~beta1 which were released by the end of October 2020.
