Description

These tags were never updated correctly, and so we just have a false information.

We need to:
- remove their parsing and display in rudder webapp,
- remove them from technique from std lib.

We need to still accept their presence and just ignore it be backward compatible.

This ticket is for webapp code, child is for techniques.
