API settings page blinks when we change the status of a an account

Description
switching from enabled to disabled causes the table to briefly blink, making it really unconfortable

- Status changed from New to Rejected
Actually, there's no need to spend time on that: it doesn't break anything, and the correct update on that screen is to port it to elm.
