Related to #7967, the node property column doesn't show the inherited value, but node own one, which is extremely surprising because non consistant with what is displayed in node property details.
Perhaps we would also want to see node property own value, but it seems to be a special case, not the general one.

There is an `NodeApiInheritedProperties` that should do all the logic for a node

This bug has been fixed in Rudder 6.2.0~rc1 which was released today.
