In Rules page, "key" "value" in filter is not vertically aligned

In Rule compliance, if there is no category, short description or tags, it should not display like that

Recent changes in rule compliance have weird hoover

Inconsistent blod/normal font on Rule Settings, plus Rules and Global compliance are not evenly tabulated with the rest, nor vertically centered

Directive page: it seems I'm missing the root of the directive tree. Text doesn't seems vertically centered with image

text for Directive description is too small. It's too hard to notice it has useful information

When editing Directive, Technique Documentation is again too small. Text in global policy mode buttons is not vertically centered, and text in priority drop down list neither

in directive edition, size of "Text" dropdown is not the same for field than for textarea. Also textarea should probably be as wide as fields
