Description
#17634 solved the group description in groups when it exists, but if there is no description, then "No description defined, click on to edit " is clickable in group page
In Directive tree, there is a "create" button, which open a non savable form
Tags can be created on the directive form (but not saved)
There is a create button on Technique editor page (but save is non clickable)
