Description

When installing a relay, it displays:

INFO: Now run on your root server:                                                             
INFO:   '/opt/rudder/bin/rudder-node-to-relay c342b263-3e9d-4962-b20a-881104e79905
INFO: Please look at the documentation for details (Section 'Relay servers')           
*****************************************************************************************

But the command displayed is deprecated, it should instead displayed 'rudder server node-to-relay xxxx'
