In technique editor, answer "yes" to save unsaved changes fails if technique has error

Description
On the technique editor, if you are editing a technique and click on another one, you get a pop-up "do you want to save your unsaved changes?"
If the technique has an error (for ex: a missing required parameter), the save is not done and you loose your changes. In that case, we should remain on the same technique, letting a chance for user to end his changes.
