Message on save for group must appear only when button is disabled

Description
On group, we have now that message:
It should not appear if the save button is enabled, it's disturbing.

- Status changed from New to In progress
- Status changed from In progress to Pending technical review
- Assignee changed from Raphael GAUTHIER to Vincent MEMBRÉ

It seems that now, the message is never displayed (because the button is never disabled)
- Fix check changed from To do to Checked
Ah no, the save is disabled when there is a change in the select form !
- Status changed from Pending release to Released
This bug has been fixed in Rudder 6.1.8 and 6.2.1 which were released today.
