Description
I created a Technique in the technique editor, and instanciated 2 directives based on it, one with higher priority than the other
The low priority is applied to all nodes in rule "Global configuration for all nodes", and the highest priority only to the policy server on a separated rule
Compliance on rule "Global configuration for all nodes" doesn't show the skipped state
but on the root node page it shows it
