Description

`-u` is not a valid option in https://docs.rudder.io/reference/6.2/administration/procedures.html#_migration_backups_and_restores
Also, we say to archive in a `XXX.pgsql` and restore from `XXX.sql`

This bug has been fixed in Rudder 6.1.12 and 6.2.5 which were released by during April 2021.
