Description
Some more strange problems with "skipped" directives.
In 6.2, we have a case where when we clone a directive (monoinstance) and apply it to the same rule with same priority, the directive is not displayed at all.
It may be a side effect of #16310 correction, with more recent correction like #18931 getting in the way.
