Description
In at least rudder 7.0, we have a "nosuchfile" exception on node-configuration-hashes.
It happens on boot, and it is solved if you "touch" it. But generation should just create it if missing.

This bug has been fixed in Rudder 6.1.16 and 6.2.10 which were released today.
