rudder agent inventory does not actually send inventory.
If I change condition line 271 of inventory/1.0/fusionAgent.cf like s/!root.!have_client/!root.have_client/, I then get:

The sending fails because of bad password for webdav on root. I'm opening a second ticket for that one.
