When Disabling or Enabling an Active Technique, the action button is updated but not the popup

Description

we enable or disable a technique in the active technique, the popup shows up and it effectively enable or disable it
If we change our mind and click on the "Disable" (after enabling), popup shows "Enable", and doesn't disable it...

happens in 6.1, 6.2 and 7.0

In 7.2, the pop-up is correctly updated and everything works as expected (even the fact that the disabled technique is clearly noticeable in directive tree)
