Generic method parameter check is not done just after adding a method call

Description
This means if you create a technique, add a method call, do not change any parameter, the save button is enabled and every parameter is in blue whereas they should not.

There is a regression, we was notify in the generic method when parameter were missing in previous versions

Now the save button is disable if any mandatory parameter is left empty or it is a bad value, but if we don't change anything when we add methods the button save stay disable but in the UI nothing show that something is wrong or missing because the verification on a parameter is triggered after a first input
