On fresh install the login page refresh so fast that we can not copy/paste the command to create a new user

Description

This is very frustrating, when no Rudder users are defined, the login page display the command to run to create one but refresh too fast which makes it very difficult to select/copy/paste the command.

There is now a "copy to clipboard" button, so the refresh time no longer needs to be increased. PR has been closed
