- Add a new url scheme to access directly a technique (techniqueEditor/technique/<id>)
- Technique list on the left show the techniques within their category in a tree like structure, with a look that look very much like Directives and Rules
- Small changes that makes the page more like the others (introduction jumbotron is like directive, a clear filter button)
