yet, all seems to be there for it (file in filesystem, ldap is ok, only the techniques are not flagged as system)
on centos8
on fresh install it looks ok
EDIT:
somehow, previous test disabled all system techniques. Yet only common was reenabled
Editing and reloading others techniques didn't change anything. So we need to way to reenable these techniques if something goes bad
