Description
Recent changes were removed from Rule UI in 7.0 to have a faster release for 7.0. But this feature is essential in Rudder usage and will be missed by our users. We should bring it to life again.
No graph in first version, just show numer of recent changes in Rule list

This bug has been fixed in Rudder 7.0.0~rc3 which was released today.
