Could you give the content of the /var/log/rudder/webapp/2021_12_23.stderrout.log file on your server?

Does the log file stop there? How much RAM do you have on the server?

Could you:

  • try to restart the service with systemctl restart rudder-webapp and check the log file again
  • check for out of memory errors in dmesg output (2048M should be enough more than, but just to be sure)

The installer is available at https://download.rudder.io/plugins/6.2/dsc/release/ with the demo credentials (for a 1 month trial license) provided by email. You will also need to install the dsc plugin on the server.

Yes, Windows support requires a subscription. You can test it with the demo license though.

It is also available at https://download.rudder.io/plugins/6.1/dsc/release/.

By the way, why did you chose to install version 6.1 (we may need to update some docs/web page pointing to it)? It is close to end of life and only supported for customers with extended support, and 6.2 is the version to use in general.
