It happened right after the upgrade from 6.1 to 7.0

to reproduce:
run rudder agent inventory
go to the Compliance reports tab, then on the System Status tab

- Target version changed from 7.0.0~rc3 to 6.1.19
looking at the code, there's no reason it doesn't happen in 6.1

This bug has been fixed in Rudder 6.1.19, 6.2.13, 7.0.2 and 7.1.0~rc1 which were released today.
