To make even more apparent that PI and groups are selectable, we may add checkbox along with PI and group in the configuration rule edit form.

Several user don't get the color switch when clicking on tree elements, and are looking for checkboxes.
Example on irc:
the part that I was missing is that you select the group in the rule by clicking on it and it turns
yellow - I didnt realise this, I was looking for a checkbox to tick :-)I update the priority and set a target version to make apparent that it is not only a cosmetic features.
