Description

I have a limited user with node rights to the Utilities section in 7.0
Here is the menu I have

Clicking on "Utilities" does 404

There was several pass of enhencement on that since 7.0, and we should be ok-ish now. If a new error case is found, please open a new ticket with the exact:
- roles of the user,
- menu present that leads to an error,
- error message in webapp log/js log (not always the same depending of the type of error right)
