Description
I have the following technique
(3 times command execution, and once command execution with a different component name, always the same command)
reports on the agent are ok
but on the web interface i only have one report of each
(technical logs are ok)

Likely the same as #20828 but for root level (ie not when the generic methods are in components)

This bug has been fixed in Rudder 7.1.0~rc1 which was released today.
