Directive and rule revision is not parsed in API

Description
Directive revision in API like /directive/uuid+revision is not correctly parsed.
API does parsed /directives/uuid?rev=revision which is not the correct format.
- Status changed from New to In progress
- Subject changed from Directive revision is not parsed in API to Directive and rule revision is not parsed in API
It's correctly parsed for /some/ api, which is even worse.
