To clarify we will change in the UI :
DSC => Windows
Classic => Linux

Theses change should not affect the operation of Rudder

What componnent in interface will be impacted:
- System groups ~~> we only change name and description, ID are still the same, no impact should be detected aside from that~~
Filters in technique editor -> UI changes
