Description
I often need to work with several directives open and i can not just open the directives webpage and click on each directive of interest to open them in a new tab.
I have to open N tabs, and scroll in each of them to find the one that I want to be opened in this tab.

To test this ticket you should verify that technique link in directive details should redirect to the user technique, and the built-in technique should redirect to the technique tree
We should validate that:
- This still work on many entries in trees
- technique link in directive details should redirect to the user technique
- also work on missing rules with missing categories
- Fix check changed from To do to Error - Next version
- Status changed from Pending release to Released
This bug has been fixed in Rudder 7.1.7 and 7.2.1 which were released today.
