Description
In very specific cases, overriding node FQDN as done in #8022 is not enough because we want to display one hostname to users, and use an internal FQDN for remote run (for example if the node must be contacted with some fqdn from the relay, but it's not its common name).
For that case, we could had an other node inventory hook, used for remote run, and defaulting to hostname
(ie rudder's node's FQDN).
