It is common that technique can take few seconds (~2s) to be saved from the technique editor, in the meantime nothing happens and can be confusing since we don't know if the save failed or if it is done.
I think we should add a loading animation in the save button and deactivate it while the technique being saved.
Maybe using the animation for "Trigger agent" button in "Compliance report" tab
