Click on graph node with "applying" compliance lead to JS error

Description
Applying case is not taken care of in the graph because it is not defined in the complianceFilter data.
If we add it, the undefined exception goes away:
But of course, we need to update logic in rudder-datatable.js to have something to do when applying here:
