Recent changes drop down cannot be read

Description
In rules, in recent changes tab, there is a very large drop down that is not very easy to read.
Only the hour changes (1 or 2 chars), but it contaix a very long text and the hour is given to the precision of a second !

This bug has been fixed in Rudder 7.3.8 and 8.0.1 which were released today.
