When we have ldap users, there are error ins webapp logs

Description

If we configure ldap users and kee the file provider with rudder.auth.provider=file,ldap
Then we add ldap users without passwords in rudder-users.xml

In this case, each time we log in, there is an error in the webapp logs ;

2023-03-27 14:05:21+0000] ERROR application - Invalid password format: String index out of range: 1
