Following that tweet https://twitter.com/mxcarron/status/1641840717180829712 we saw that our agent brings a lot of dependencies on RHEL/AL2023/derivatives plateform.
It appears that our perl dependency depends on build tools like gcc/g++
It appears that we should depend on perl-interpreter
in place of perl

It breaks the fact that agent can be installed on small systems.
