Description
On debian10 / Rudder 7.3.2, I have an inventory that was not processed (the root one).
I tried to touch it, nothing. So I tried to stop/restart the agents, then touch again, and I got an NPE:
After some time, the inventory was processed:
EDIT: the problem is that the file has a length of 0 in my case, so the error is "expected".

OK:
- corrupted inventory/sign correctly lead an error log (but no stack trace)
- an inventory sent afterward is correctly parsed.
