Improving the display of Generic Methods in the Technique Editor for a better UX

Description

A few adjustments need to be made to the display of generic methods:

- Increase the separation of methods in the list of a technique
- Move the "Reset" button next to the other action buttons
- Open the details of a method we have just added
- Show that the "Name" field is optional and defaults to the method name

"Showing that the Name field is optional" was not covered in this ticket. It's a subject that should be dealt with separately, since it concerns all Rudder interfaces.

Not implemented, but will be dealt with separately per Raphael's note :
- Show that the "Name" field is optional and defaults to the method name
