Change the display of the new filemanager to match the previous one

Description
The file manager has been rewritten in Elm in Rudder 8.0, but the interface currently lacks certain features, such as :
- file tree
- list display
- a search bar
- a sorting system
We also need to adjust the colors, size and spacing of the user interface elements.
