Description
In https://github.com/Normation/rudder/pull/4956/files#diff-e493368395c19ced8e5bc2db8ddd279964c8ec7076a73b843856993c126dbbdcR60 we restricted the regex, but this lead to break the OpenSCAP plugin as it uses underscores in file ids.
Let's allow them, and match the constraint in the method.
