Description

It is now very common to use properties everywhere in Rudder. The associated documentation is way too verbose and most likely too messy for an untrained user.
The complete details about variable mechanisms should be moved to the Reference documentation and the Usage one should only be straight reminder on how to use properties and techniques variables.
