Description

Serious display bug in update campaign schedule, see attached screenshot.

Plus, not only the display is scrambled, but it is also impossible to select an hour <= the current hour or a minute <= the current minute...

This issue has been confirmed both on Vivaldi browser and Firefox.

It shows up when creating a one-shot campaign, but not for a scheduled campaign.

The problem happened after https://github.com/Normation/rudder-plugins-private/commit/0bbf4964021cf10d6ffe190b2f7edd06d6dbec65 which updated the lib from 5.0.1 to 8.0.0. We apparently now need to load external css files.
